- A Baby Center A Baby Center (ABC) provides at no charge, every 30 days, critical basic items for infants and toddlers up to the age of three who live on Cape Cod and the Islands; and whose families meet income guidelines as identified by the federal WIC (Women, Infants & Children) program.
- American Academy of Pediatrics is dedicated to the health of all children.
- Cape Organization for Rights of the Disabled (CORD) advocates for the rights of handicapped, disabled people; educational advocates.
- Federation for Children with Special Needs offers a variety of services to parents, parent groups, and others who are concerned with children with special needs
- Massachusetts Family TIES a statewide information, referral, and parent support network for families of children with disabilities or chronic illness
- Child Care Aware information on locating quality child care and child care resources. Includes publications on utilizing child care and a newsletter. Available in English and Spanish.
- WIC provides nutrition education and counseling, free healthy food, and referrals to health care and other services to low-to moderate-income families with children under age 5.
- Zero to Three a national nonprofit, multidisciplinary organization that supports the healthy development and well-being of infants, toddlers and their families.

- Barnstable County Human Services a searchable database of the health and human services available to anyone on Cape Cod and the Islands.
- Community Action Committee of Cape Cod & Islands (CACCI) a private, nonprofit organization that provides a variety of services to low and moderate-income people to help them improve the quality of their lives and achieve self-sufficiency.
- Department of Early Education & Care (EEC) licenses child care programs in MA, helps eligible families pay for and access early education child care and out-of-school time programs, and provides funding and support for a statewide network of training and professional development services and resources.
- National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) a national network of over 300 local, state and regional affiliates with a particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for all children from birth to age 8.
- National Child Care Information Center a service of the Child Care Bureau it is a national clearinghouse and technical assistance (TA) center that provides comprehensive child care information resources.
