About UsWorking Families depend on the availability of high quality, affordable child care. Parents need to know that while they are at work or school, their children are being well cared for. Child Care Network works with parents, child care providers, and community members to ensure that families have access to child care that meets their needs. The program serves all of Cape Cod and the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. (Communities served by CCN.) Child Care Network is operated by Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and Islands, Inc. (CACCI), a non-profit, anti-poverty, human service and social action agency. MISSION STATEMENT Community Action Committee of Cape Cod & Islands, Inc. is committed to providing services to help empower and improve the lives of low-income residents of Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket counties by providing resources and self-advocacy skills to attain and support self-sufficiency. VISION STATEMENT Community Action Committee of Cape Cod & Islands, Inc. will provide leadership throughout the region, facilitating partnerships that have the capacity to mobilize resources and to support opportunities for economic and social justice. VALUES STATEMENT Community Action Committee of Cape Cod & Islands, Inc. believes that low-income individuals should be equal partners with the private and public sectors to plan for the prevention and reduction of conditions, which prevent self-sufficiency.
